There are 2-3 people in the firm who are favoured and other are just treated like no-bodies. Very bad culture in terms of mental sanity. They are trying to copy ZS and get most people from there but arent able to retain them due to their poor values and culture. The India director and HR head are worse in terms of handling situations and will inturn blame you rather than helping. Never join them if you have a chance....Read More
