Likes

Working at Visa gives you a vibe of working in a well established and quite an old company. Lots of new technologies to learn. And the most peculiar thing about the tech here is, they still use the authentic Mainframe infrastructure.

Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The hybrid work culture is not that well designed here. Also, the office infrastructure needs some improvements.

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
