Nature of work and not so aggressive in nature, so we will get our own time. Time flexibility is also there. some managers are really good. Promotion and appraisal are not so great here

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
