MBO payouts. Virtusa will deduct some money from your salary every month and gives the money 6 month once in the upcoming quarter. For example: if your salary is 20k rs per month, 5k rs will be deducted from your salary. 6 months ( Net 30k ) will be credited to your account by July 15th and next 6 months will be on December 15th. They have good work-life balance. They also provide many benefits like insurance.

Dislikes

Not a very good match for freshers. As a fresher you might get multiple trainings which is not a bad case but even after so many trainings getting into a project will be hard as they have so many people on bench and they give preference to experienced people and in result to that freshers get stuck into cycle of continues trainings and not actual on project experience.
