Nothing is likeable post the change in Management. The New Management is Horrible. They run misleading campaigns of diversity & inclusion but the females in the organisation are not safe at all.

I filed a POSH Complaint against my then Manager - Rajesh Kumar - GM HR. The company did not support me and kept safeguarding the accused. When I took it legally they arm-twisted me on data theft and never released my full and final too. And now they want that I should remove the complaint against the organisation & the accused to release my FNF. Hypocrite and spineless management. Don't be fooled by them they do not provide a cab facility to female employees too late at the night. No Safety at the workplace too....Read More

Firstly received a called from Virtual Employee HR called (Purbasha Bose), she schedule an interview for me with this person called James (if I am not wrong) month of Nov 2024, after the interview the HR says that I am selected and my joining would be from Dec 2nd and again she changed it to Jan 2025, while the documentation was taking place, HR asked that if I am graduate or not? Didn't you checked my CV while my interview was going on?? TBH they called themselves MNC, but seems like they work more like small companies, wasted time, wasted months for me, no communication between the HR and Management, in my life working for 4 years never saw these kinda brainless creatures. Please join somewhere else and don't waste your time where the HR or Management does not shit!...Read More
