As per my personal experience there is so much politics, the people who were working there for a long time consider themselves a boss, they will bully you like hell and don't make a single chance to make fun of yours.

Dislikes

You will be judged by client based on the information shared by mediators. Work from home was terrible. You will be forced to work for 11-12 hours.

It was way more terrible. I worked for 11-12 hours when I was working from home and they said you don't help the colleagues by doing extra hours (which was absolutely not paid). I worked on holiday too but didn't get paid for the same.

Worst company with 0% job security work. Management is not all managed. Company policies are very confusing. During the covid19 they have shown the true colours in starting of lockdown they kept me on leave with out pay and when the unlocking process started they are dropping me worst company non supportive. Firstly received a called from Virtual Employee HR called (Purbasha Bose), she schedule an interview for me with this person called James (if I am not wrong) month of Nov 2024, after the interview the HR says that I am selected and my joining would be from Dec 2nd and again she changed it to Jan 2025, while the documentation was taking place, HR asked that if I am graduate or not? Didn't you checked my CV while my interview was going on?? TBH they called themselves MNC, but seems like they work more like small companies, wasted time, wasted months for me, no communication between the HR and Management, in my life working for 4 years never saw these kinda brainless creatures. The only benefit was the work from home option and no extension of work hours.

The micro management was extremely disgusting. No one actually knows anything and won't teach or help you but look for options to fire you. They work in hire and fire rule.
