Company Hr is not hired very skilled person on a level position like operation manager n Afm, they don't have knowledge about category of employees, they treat every person like office boy or housekeeping staff. Process is required implementation. Seniors staff required interference whenever they tack contract, they are only complete the target. Specially Mr. Nitin operation manager M.P.C.C. His behavior is not good and when I had faced accident on that time no one come for meet for health awareness after the inform to AFM on same time.
