Role & responsibilities

This role will be the Administrator of the HSE tasks defined for transition and will work in close collaboration with the HSE Safety Systems and Tools teams to ensure that the effective functioning of the system. The role will provide user level support and troubleshooting. The HSE administrator will form a close working relationship with the NorAm HSE representatives

  • Ability to support and work effectively with support office employees in HSEQ, Operations and Indigenous Departments
  • Ability to support frontline users with a strong customer service focus
  • Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills Possess the ability to read, analyse and report information effectively
  • Highly Computer literate with proven ability to work with Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, Power Point, email.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed time management skills and the ability to manage tasks autonomously
  • Team Player and able to work independently
  • Excellent Organisation, Planning and Reporting Skills

Reliable and Trustworthy with an excellent work ethic


  • Check Event, Impact, Hierarchy Logs Daily
  • Resolve Event Errors, Impact Errors, Hierarchy Errors
  • Check for Logs Fail to come over from server
  • Loading to SALUS
  • Corrective Action Access Issues
  • Ordering of Computers/Phones
  • Invoicing
  • Gold 100 certificates:
  • Create certificate & Mail them to location
  • Process the Transfer Journal Entry - TJE) for the winners and send the email to all stakeholders
  • New GM report
  • Change user access in SALUS
  • Check the Event, Impact, Hierarchy, Labor hour, and user logs daily, correct errors and re-load them
  • SALUS Metrics SALUS APP - Trouble shooting


Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification required - Graduate in the field of commerce.
  • Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a similar role preferably
  • Experience working with electronic information management systems
  • Highly developed time management skills
  • Highly developed computer skills, including MS Office suite

Perks and benefits

Working days: 5 days (Saturday & Sunday week off)

Shift Timing 4.30 pm to 1.30 am

Work Location : Mumbai (Goregaon- Nesco)

Pick up and Drop will be provided - Candidates within 20km radius will be considered
