Sodexo Follow their policies & processes strongly compare to any other parallel company in same industry.

Dislikes

Fix percentage of salary increment for all working employees. Do not have particular Skill development program Above Manager level except some Repetitive training.

Work Details

It is relevant to my education then obviously not boring, But it can be excited if company can initiate to implement new operational ways by replacing Orthodox one.
