Nothing is good in this company to work.

Dislikes

Everything. Pathetic work culture. No appraisal. HR policy are worst, they constantly finds way out to harass employees. No employee benefits are provided. The worst company to work in.

Bus facility.

Dislikes

Worst work culture. Pathetic/poor HR team. Unhygienic canteen. Doesn't appreciate hard work & don't give increment. Not a good place for women to work. Lot of harrasment cases are there, and no actions are taken yet.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
