Company is good plot form and easily adapt letest technology.,good support team members,managers.,working g environment is good,.

Salary/appraisal ,traveling are good but not satisfied..

Work Details

My work is challenging as I have to work entire product method development,technology,support to quality control,I keep my target and finish the work with documentation approval by QA..Good experience for me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
