I joined as student in Recruitment School - Vipany . It is good to learn about hr recruitment. They took good initiative for non mba background students to train them in recruiting.

Its a place suitable for flatterers of management who are not at all fit. if you are trying to join in it then you are going to do a great adventure where you are going to fall on your own if you are joining as fresher they will give you time of three months within this time you have to become expert as if you have experience of 3 to 4 years and their is no proper training for freshers to they expect many things from you but you should not expect anything from them , and specially their is no security for girls, some people may say its fake(flatterers) but its true management knows it very well. whenever management want they will say you to resign and blame you itself never join with this company its a bakwas.....Read More
