The work environment was great. Used to learn new things.

Even after working for eight years, when the time of Covid came, he didn't even see that he is such an old employee, when the time of retrenchment came, he quickly gave my name. Job After a month, I got paralysis stroke. Since then till now I am not getting a job. After the stroke, I could not even walk, but after treatment a month I have started walking.

It was the most remarkable achievement of my life to work for Vip ,it not only gave me opportunity to progress but also kept me balanced on Work life balance front .Things have been changed due to COVID but it's a GREAT COMPANY TO WORK. I would be fortunate to work in future again with them

unnecessary levels of reporting,like their is Regional manager and then a zonal।manager , however,his job is ZERO. few unresponsive people at Head office ,who think themselves as DON of company

Job situation was so bad as sallary was cut offf even we m not able to pay my bus fares if i ask for my previous ikya pf company sernior staff started blocking me from every where till now even i leave my job they are not giving my ikya pf and last vip company pf. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
