... it comes to difficult times. Half the field force was fired during covid times. Front line workers were at a 50% salary cut where as management staff was at a 25% salary cut. Performance pay of 19-20 was not given by company. All other variable part was cancelled. It's a typical lala company where big position holders are there to guard their positions till retirement. HR keeps a swinging sword on your head rather than helping. A person coming from outside the company will not be able to survive for long.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

They have given us a option of work from home.Although a salary cut is there Grade-wise and major Layoffs has already been done but i have a very nice experience in this organisation.

Dislikes

... times they took decisions very fast to Lay Off the employees which is not good.They can go for more Salary Cuts,it can be a Leave Without pay Option but Layoffts and that too in April itself was not at all good.

I joined VIP industries June -24 . There are many opportunities to learn and develop new skills.management is good and keeps employees stress free. The company has a supportive work culture and diverse ,multi - culture team.the company's core values include youthfulness ,meritocracy, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Dislikes

... is poor . Internal promotion are rare. Employees required to work extend hours. The company treats trainees as a contract labour and offer them low salary.
