1) Too much of Bengalis in the company which gives rise to biasness towards people of different communities 2) Office spoken language is Bengali 3) No work life balance 4) Useless HR - The HR of mine was a wierdo who did not pay any heed to our problems 5) Excess travel to work that to in a bad location 6) No overall personality improvement 7) Working location was also not good 8) No benefits

Declared policies are killed on the tables of bosses . Some old bosses are so bossy that they do not allow subordinates to grow and they do everything to make survival difficult for sub-ordinates . Mostly assassination of reputation with conspiracy. Finally person has to resign to get rid of politics and conspiracy.
