Vikram Solar really care about its employees welfare. Good office environment and work life balance as per declared policy

Dislikes

Declared policies are killed on the tables of bosses . Some old bosses are so bossy that they do not allow subordinates to grow and they do everything to make survival difficult for sub-ordinates . Mostly assassination of reputation with conspiracy. Finally person has to resign to get rid of politics and conspiracy. 1. The initial salary offered is on the higher side. 2. The management has undergone huge changes post covid. The new leadership is experienced and growth focussed. 3. High scope for individual knowledge growth.

1. The HR Admin policies at plants are pathetic. 2. Smart phones are not allowed in the plants. 3. Politics prevails. 4. Lack of proper transparency.
