Its a good company to work as a mid experienced software developer. Though the office is not like IT parks but they provide you the needed software and hardware alongwith decent pay and leave/hike policies. Free snacks and Online learnings.

Dislikes

Office is not like IT park offices but a traditional Startup office.

Work Details

I work as Product Lead at Viha Technosoft. The company basically deals into development of Web Products as platforms for end consumers and businesses. The team size is growing. When I joined it was 5 of us and now it is 16 across Pune and Indore location.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
