I like working atmosphere.They were gave a well training and they provide at thier head office. There is no ristriction for our personal leaves.They gave a Job security for who are working perfectly. Nice place to work. And one month salary bonus for pongal. They gave a gift for all employees in their branches at the time of karthika masam. There is any week off particularly when we want a leave then we put leave, 4 leaves in a month....Read More

Dislikes

Low salary. Sometimes even assistant manager and manager also unload the van. If the joining date upto December person less than a year bonus was half of the salary, if less than six months they gave quarter of the salary.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
