Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. You will always find a opening in this department because someone or the other is always frustrated with the high volume of work and tends toleave. Only name is MNC, work culture is poor compared to Indian company, 1- No 5 days 2- No compensation for extra duty hours, Even if doing extra duty then without snacks or tea have to extend. 3- It's similar to jail, if you have to take food then you required gate pass for gate pass also you required permission which is difficult task. 4- Mobile phone not allowed to employees again like jail. 5- Management is like Hitler they won't care about employees....Read More
