Likes

No work culture, managers are with full ego and dominance. Want posh people in there team, who can butter them well and manage there work. No scope of learning new skills.

Dislikes

No supportive managers: want some one (reportees) to take their job description activities, with no ethics and morals. Full corporate politics. No supportive HR: like puppets they do not do any background verification if any one reach them for issue resolution.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
