Coordination among teams,learning about Pharma terms and applications which are used, understanding about the Pharma sites like manufacturing

Currently I am working as a contractor to Viatris,expecting a regular position because I have been in this role for more than 2 years...in that case,would like to know more about the pharmaceutical/medicine environment ,also expecting salary hike which isn't happening now
