Cheaters very worst HR support, they hired me to join in Mylan with out giving notice to the last company HR told me she will give the full Salary (38000) of the notice period I didn't believe so she declared in mail, after I joined in Mylan I followed her a lot like a beggar to get that money at that time I got a letter from my oldcompany mentioned that because of not worked in the notice period I have to pay 15800 I informed her I admited my father due to swinefine I don't have enough money to spend so I asked I don't need 38000 and all please that 15800 with that the mentioned LTA and my balance leave ( All put together 28000)obviously it would have come with my settlement as she given a commitment of giving 38000 but she told she cannot give the whole money, and she can give 15800 only I informed to my manager regarding this but he simply don't care about it and said I don't in that situation I lost my father I spent more then 2 lac by kept jewels on that time I asked to send that 15800 atleast she don't think about in what situation am and casualy Askin don't you know what is meant by recovery amount 1st you have to the 15800 to Abbott and get the F&F settlement copy and proceed to me in close to 45 days I will reimburse the money back they clearly cheated me I couldn't pay notice period amount to Abbott so they not ended my PF so that I couldn't get my PF of 47000 after that I couldn't come out from the feeling of my father's lost they don't gave me a time to recover myself I joined in the company by the 2nd day of my father's death the next month it self they told sales is very dull so that I have to leave the company, I spoke with my manager that am the only person to take care of my family now but he told you are not confirmed staff so you don't have notice period after 2 days to resign and I left the company after that HR called & asked me to pay recovery amount of 12000 after dedecting my salary and 2 months expenses I lost more that 1.5 lack Cheaters...Read More
