1. No Hybrid option available. 2. Work not balanced. (sometimes unnecessary work) 3. Have to work on 2 Saturdays. 4. Problem in getting leaves. 5. Too much work pressure in the end of quater. 6. Friendly environment. Learning opportunity is very good. Fair policies and rewards. Holidays are more than other companies. PF and other facilities. Salary is credited at 30th or 31st of each month.

Dislikes

Sometimes work pressure is there. Two Saturdays are there to work. I don't like it actually. Work procedure need to be structured more.

Working at Viacon Marketing & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has been one of the most challenging experiences in my professional career, and not for the right reasons. The organization suffers from a severe lack of professional management and leadership. The HR department, particularly the VP, seems to lack the necessary skills and qualifications to handle their responsibilities effectively. Senior management is equally disconnected from employee concerns, showing little regard for the impact of their decisions on careers. This has created a culture where employees feel undervalued and disrespected. The Director, unfortunately, appears to be either unaware of or indifferent to the issues within the organization. Their failure to address these problems reflects poorly on their leadership and leaves employees feeling hopeless about their future in the company. Adding to the frustration is the behavior of the housekeeping staff, which is far from professional. This lack of basic organizational hygiene contributes to a toxic work environment that hampers productivity and morale. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for career growth or a healthy work environment.
