Good work environment & culture. Teammates are very much and management is transparent. Company policies is good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary salary every year.

The job is quite interesting!I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me got a taste of different roles within the same team.

Though VHB Lifesciences is a limited company, it works like a lalaji owned shop without systems and policies in place. A National Sales Manager doesnot carry any authority to take decisions. He is just like a rubber stamp. Use and throw material

Immediate reporting manager is a corrupt person asking for commission from the stockist. Ask for parties after each salary . Always wants share in the incentive earned by the employee . If we complaint against this to the senior the senior is also involved and senior himself advices to share the incentive with the immediate reporting manager
