Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, and statutory compliance.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop organizational goals and objectives aligned with company vision.
  
• Ensure seamless factory administration by managing industrial relations, IR issues, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
  
• Oversee HR generalist activities such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (API/Pharma/Manufacturing industry).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Proven track record of success in corporate HR roles with expertise in areas like HR strategy development, manpower planning, talent management, etc.
