The things that I like about VFS is that you get to learn a lot of different things which includes handling customers and your your own team (if you are a senior officer or DM), you get to learn about the country that you work for and if this is your first job you will learn how to work as a team. The salary is less than decent.There is no training for new joinees before they start to work.The working hours bad during park season. The overtime is laughable so is the incentives.The promotion and the recognition awards are subject to biasness.

I am a senior officer so I have to handle front and the back office and also organize and manage my team. I also handle customer queries and grevience on emails.
