This is coming from my experience in a particular team. Someone else might have a better experience definitely. My team was horrible, biased, illogical and non-appreciative. People were looking to satisfy their own agenda. Low pay. Amazing level of pay disparity. Sometimes for a long stretch had to work for longer hours. Less work life balance

- Some teams have a toxic environment, especially because the manager is biased toward people, making the environment toxic, and no action is being taken to resolve this issue, which has led to multiple attritions and a poor handover process.

If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.

1. I worked in the GRCS branch of Chennai and the work culture is toxic as there are personal grudges due to the inflating ego of the upper management. It depends on the Manager or Director you work under. 2. During the closure of audits, you will not have time to have meals on time or a good sleep, work life balance will be a little worse during the closures. 3. Compensation could be better.
