I really appreciate the opportunities to learn new technologies and tools at Verticurl. It's been a great environment for professional growth and staying updated with the latest industry trends. Additionally, the company provides complimentary dinner and facilities, as well as a home drop cab service at night, which makes working late much more convenient.

Dislikes

After the COVID period, I've noticed a significant decrease in the number of promotions and appraisals, which has been quite discouraging. This change has affected overall morale and motivation within the team. Additionally, while I appreciate the cab facilities for home drop at night, it would be beneficial to have similar pickup services as well.

Some people working here are really talented but that's also a waste.

Dislikes

Forcing employees to quit by making the work environment difficult to work on, taking advantage of employees' work setup requirement to avoid appraisals, acquiring other companies and at the same time not giving yearly bonus for existing employees which gives contradictory feeling about working here.
