Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. Good teamwork, no work pressure, good learning place, but growth policies are bad, no cab facilities incase of rain, bus strike.

Dislikes

No growth, appraisal is too low, no proper food at canteen, no tissue paper in rest room, no cab facilities incase of emergency like heavy rain, bus strike. Not giving leaves if someone take emergency leave it will changing into week off.

Work Details

The work what I am doing is very much good and easy to handle, no work pressure. I learned a lot and same was giving dowload to others what ever I learned. Good atmosphere.
