Salary is very less. They keep you putting in different teams, sometimes it is good for employees or it can change their field completely, there are higher chances of end of the career in dedicated field due to multiple transfers in different teams for different tasks.

Company is good but the management and Human resource team are extremely poor and biased. There is no growth in the company and few people sitting in management will ruin it in a long go.
