First of all, it is a 1980s style work culture company. The oldies in the higher position do not know any new tech nor they wish to evolve. There were constant salary cuts in the company about 11%. There were no promotions or appraisals. There were three rounds of layoffs. In short you neither learn nor earn here.

At least pay the agreeed amount to the employees. Taking salary cuts for management incompetence is a big no.
