The only good thing is work-life balance, If there are days that are hectic then there are also days that are light. This balances out the hectic days

There is no job security, I was doing great but then I went on maternity leave, and before my maternity got over I was fired stating "We are building a lean team and there is organizational restructuring happening hence we will have to let you go"
