You should forgot your life after joining here(Minimum of 12 hrs of work). No HR( oh, there is HR but you don't get any answer from them). No IT company Culture at all. Partiality between the company location. If you are in Coimbatore or Madurai your salary is equivalent to house keeping's salary in Chennai. Your junior's might get paid more than you, but you should train them and management team except to take more responsibility. You should work 32 days in a month. Suitable for a start of a carrier(Maximum 2 year's, company also except the same). Management not able provide a licence for basic software....Read More

Only benefits there is that you will get good and more experience in technology and development. say for example you work there for 2 years then you will get 5 years of experience skills compared to other company. and think about it, if you work 2 years night and day then u will get 5 years experience only.
