According to me, i had high expectations from my first job and I am currently having anxiety attacks and sleepless nights since 2 months. I don't wish working in a company which does not promote collaborative learning.

Long working hours Higher management has the niche to exploit people Team Manager can be rude and really unresponsive No work appreciation Staffers are generally involved in backstabbing and playing foosball Managers can write a mail to come office early but usually shows up quite late No accountability and all is left at behest of junior analyst if he commits a mistake Foosball tournaments are conducted and staffers will spend hours in playing foosball Manager will never stay late to support employees and he/she will be the first one to leave A standard set of expectations will be made from day one and you need to work like donkey without any consideration of your health Staffers can be seen yawning at workplace and higher management generally does nothing to curb it Staffers and Line managers are quite happy with current position and have no expectations for growth Feedback meetings with lot of negative faces Think twice before joining, as job security is also hampered Politics and boot-licking can do wonders and can land you a front-end role or an internship with limited time frame HR is not strong and is controlled by the Vice-President of the company...Read More

Favoritism is valued over quality of work. The few people dominate the whole team, they don't accept suggestions from juniors. Heavy team politics. If you don't conform to their ideas and talks then they will simply humiliate you. Very bad work culture. Work timings are pathetic. Work life balance is horrible.
