Very little opportunity for career growth as long as I was concerned. Little chance for innovation. The training part is good so is the appraisal. Very strict working hours.

Had been working as a Senior Consultant in RPA. My responsibilities involved designing automation solutions in accordance with standard RPA Principles. Assessing functional and technical feasibility of new process to be automated.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
