They are not supportive at all. People still have to go to office everyday even if they can manage work from home. Govt guidelines only came into practice after 3 positive cases found in the office. During this critical situation, freshers are forced to travel other locations by senior management. Not at all a professional manner.

Dislikes

Few Hippocrates who don't know how to respect people, their emotions, thier time and freedom are incharge here. This certainly makes imbalance in others lives.

Dear Reviewer, Your Review is a bit misleading. This is not a right way to share false information. The Work From home was enforced immediately after the Janata Curfew was held in India. Yes we had Cases in office but all were the cases of people who were working from home. We sanitized the office and are still doing that regularly. The entire review is just written in anger and does not give any fruitful Information. Its unfortunate that you felt all this. I would like to discuss with you and find a solution for all this. Kindly connect with me for more on this topic. It would be helpful for me. I would like to throw some light on Fresher hiring. Yes we take a time commitment from the freshers. This is solely because we train them on niche skills and give them the necessary exposure. They would need to spend that much time to get well groomed and understand the technology well. I am sure all the freshers are happy with the decision of joining Verinite. For the Management behaviour, if you can elaborate a bit, it would be useful. Work pressure is very high as mostly we will be working in client locations. Incase they don’t have any ongoing project or any personal clashes, resource’s job is at risk and will not follow policy for relieving /termination
