Excellent learning opportunity for freshers. You will get to work on great projects, no other company will give you such projects. Very friendly teammate, everyone is supportive. The job security is also very good

No training is provided, you are expected learn by yourself and deliver. Too many tasks at the same time and you are expected to do well in all simultaneously No proper planing of projects, you will struggle a lot. Too much responsibility is put on an individual and the management is least bothered about the well being of the employee. HR department is a waste, no timely response and they are least bothered about your problems. Salary is not given in time, there is no fixed date for salary deposition, you may get salary anywhere between 7th and 25th in a month. Even bonus and arrears are not given in time....Read More

HR and admin management are too lazy. No predefined rules,nothing.its just like there wish.salaries are not deposited in a timely manner. An employee is not in a situation to get a personal loan.Banks are rejecting loan applications as they are working with this organization.

Lack of personal to advise juniors. unfriendly rules to employees. Ex:- Once entered inside the company, 75% of internet, sites, (even Youtube) are inaccessible if you want to search about anything/doubt. Internet is main thing in modern days to improve knowledge or clarify doubts on the spot when we have a problem in tech field/Engineering.
