HR Department has no idea of any policies, example: no idea when hike is. HR department never replies to employees mail. Some mails from HR can even state "Policy come into effect from a --past date--"

It is better step up for freshers as they will get to know about server administrator skills

Policies changes time to time. Salary bellow average. HR unnecessary poke their nose everywhere. No food coupon, No bonus, No appreciation, No office cab facilities even for a girls on night shifts, No team outing , team lunch.. They will try everything possible to save the money . Serious Micromanagement especially high salary employees
