Pros: Everything depends on client since its a service based. You get decent hikes if you're good. Cons: -more office politics hence losing good resources -though they hire talented freshers' they get dumb because of being in bench advice to Management : -Velankani must improve on their sales and grab new projects -cutting down VPPor holding increment of onsite allowance will not retain existing employees Note: if velankani has survived despite of its competitors, its only due to its employee friendly nature.
