I think the office should be off on Saturday if not on all Saturdays of the month, then Alternate Saturdays or if not a full day off then half day is fine.

One can learn from here and increae their skills , seniors are cooperative , and parties are held at important events.

Some seniors are not cooperative , while some are , earlier there was off on sturday , but they made it working day again , otherwise it is a good company

Working at Vega Moon was a great experience. When I joined I had limited knowledge but under great leadership of the bosses I learned very quickly. I won't say that everything is perfect down there but things are far better than most companies I have known till date.

Work envoiroment is good overall but there are a few seniors in the office who are very bossy. I did not like their attitude. Fortunately most of them left the company so it is a big relief.

Work is hectic, high pressure of work . But then there are celebrations, team outings etc. I believe that it should be every Saturday off but they have only alternate Saturday off.
