I have been working in Vega Moon for 3 years now and I find the work culture and learning opportunity in the company good. Compensation is also good. Job security is if you are able to perform. There is work pressure at times.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high, sometimes the work stretches to 8-10 hours but that is not a usual thing. Some managers are good,but some are task oriented. Appraisals are only performance based, and not much on tenure.

Work Details

I love coding so my work is not difficult to me, it becomes challenging sometimes. Some projects that come have unique demands so learning is also good. I have to do client communication often, but understanding project requires that.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
