Well the company culture is good,

It was said during the interview and introduction, it’s Hybrid working mode but U’ll not get it they would the say u need permission from manager who will not approve if u r not his favourite. Also the Holiday system is very bad there is no permanent holiday even on madontory public holidays , u’ll get 10 leaves within a year as special holidays and u need to take those on public holiday as approved by your RM.also they monitor your activity/productivity by TimeChamp....Read More
