Work culture is good as a Bpo has. Salary on time, overtime pay is on time. Work life balance is on toss being in night shift that too with extra hours of working. Management is helpful HR department is okay.
Dislikes
Extended working hours on the name of process requirements, less leaves get approved even when you apply one month in advance. job security is on toss as no body knows which day client will report any issues either with quality, or certain customer's email against any associate.

No job security. No career growth and no future prospects too. No skill enhancement as they don't have any such policy and no facility of any kind. No leaves and additional benefits. They will employ you like a lobour nd remove you like them too. Never join them.

I worked with vcare more than 7 years and I was happy working with this organisation. Most important thing is salary which I got on time every month. There is no delay in salary part. Worked with three projects but did not feel any work pressure.
