Pathetic company. So much politics and favouritism. Vijay's character is very creepy and untrustworthy. Beware of his bad company policies.

Everything. I felt like Jail when I was working there. In day 1 I was given the faulty laptop and no one was there to check the machine. No payment during COVID times. No employee appreciation.

I had a very small career in SAP as end user and then I got my biggest career break with VC ERP. Senior Managers and Management are involved. Got a chance to work on multiple big brand projects and trusted by my seniors to handle project tasks. The team is very good and hard working that boosts confidence and motivation. Worst ever company culture. Totally based on favoritism not based on perfomance. Anytime without intimate company chnage its policy. Every increment they sign Bond. One man army compnay culture. Too much work load without any extra pay. Least increment in entire segment
