Present not woking present not woking in this organization. Recent relieving in this organization. Almost 5years working in this organization. My opinion:I provide to say iam very happy woking in this organization. Company profile : Total 8 unites I am working in unt-5 quality assurance department. Total 8 unites around 3000 people’s working. Vasudha pharmaceutical unit-5 (under Regulatory filing some products, World class facility and safety & woking culture happy environment) remaining All Unites Different Regulatory approvals like USFDA, CDE,EDQM,PMDA,CDSCO,WHO, Management: employees Including Contact employees favorable mangement. Timing: G shift:08:30am to 17:00pm(08:30to09:00 brackfast/ omsanthi maditation to all employees) evening half an hour (16:40 to 17:00pm omsanthi maditation). A Shift: 06:00 to 14:00 pm, B Shift:14:00 to 22:00,C shift:22:00 to 06:00am). Benefit of the company: free food (brackfast & Lunch),free transportation, employee health policy (TATA AIG) cover total Family numbers up 500000, marrage gift policy, employee referral gift policy. Time to time salary & salary to salary bonus leaves encashment ever year. Employes Larning class & cGMP class.all Head of the department,close to employees. Strict EHS policy (safe working condition to all employees) evey month EHS department conducting 1day safty plage. EHS department conducting Every month safety training program.All culture activities. Dasara Fastival time all employees playing games.
