Recently I located to Luxoft Poland to experience new work culture. So its been very short duration for me share my reviews on all the different sections but I will share it on the few points. HR team is very friendly and addresses the issues in very less duration. Allocating employees for the training is very good here. Guiding on the relocation is very good. Project allocation takes longer duration. Maybe yearend plays major role in allocating the projects Relocation expenses not considered for all the employees.
