Nothing to say or like anything in culture of office. Owner was at outside or at home for personal reasons. No employee at office place. Not any trustworthy thing.

Dislikes

Only waste time with our expenses. Doing there work on our own laptop with our money spend. Even money not be refunded which spend for company purpose. Salary system based on owner's mindset. She is extremely short tempered and hopeless person. Every time she was shounting and blaming ,roasting for any reasons. Every time the officesee empty ...no employee there. No work life balance. Not even get working days salary also. I have to pay money for Tea also. I didn't found work life balance there amd not learning any new things. Work satisfaction does not exist here....Read More
