The Teammates are very good and very helpful in critical situations or urgent deliverables, but from the management side very less help and support.

Dislikes

There is no learning and growth for the new joiners and also appraisal discussion will happen based on personal grudge on the candidate. There will not be any Goals discussion in the starting of the year or in the mid-term also.

Work Details

About my work, there will no work-life balance for my project, and the team will not get any support from the managers when the client is saying something wrong also. The client never follows the meeting schedule time, it will always overrun.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
