Fellow employees are good ...not the upper level

This project is run by Santoshi and Ashok is a dummy piece. He knows nothing about the project and goes with whatever is decided by Santoshi. I do not see a back bone in Ashok. If Santoshi does not like someone Ashok will make all the effort to chuck out that employee, and the reasoning will be so hilarious. There is no point in escalating all this and if you do the HR will be behind you, not to understand what went wrong but to find reasons to chuck you out. The HR dowa not have any say in this and goes with whatever is decided by both Santoshi and Ashok. This is sad, where else can the employee reach out for help ? Looks like they run a family business, that's why people who are really good at what they do quit the company and still few are surviving just because they have a family to take care. I have never seen such nonsense anywhere else. On the whole this project is for people who can pacify Santoshi and Ashok....does not matter if you do not have brains. If you are intelligent, please do not join this project. There are others with brains suffering in this project, hope the company does something for them....Read More

Immature Project/Program managers. Hectic work, have to work on weekends also. Lack of scope to grow and learn.
