11+ yrs of tenure at ValueLabs, there is not much I can say I like something here. Policies kept changing over time and job security became worst.

No proper career growth plan, no proper upskilling opportunities, onsite travel is limited. zero Learning Forcing employees to accept the notice period change from 60 to 90 days
